Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up, and we value both your time and ours.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we've implemented new cancellation policies. Our dedicated team has invested significant time and effort into
mastering their craft to offer you an exceptional service.
We kindly ask that you honor your appointment by either arriving on time or
providing adequate notice if cancellation is unavoidable. This not only respects the time and effort our team puts into preparing for your appointment but also helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of
48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. For example, if you had scheduled a root color with foils and/or gloss,
along with a haircut totaling $200, a cancellation within this timeframe would
incur a fee of 50%, amounting to $100.
Should you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows severely impact our stylists' schedules, leaving limited opportunity to fill the empty slot. Your cooperation to these policies ensures fairness to both our team and other clients who may have wished to secure an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and support!
